From weight loss and toning to strength increases and sport specific training, out certified trainers are your teacher, coach and friend throughout the entire process. FitNicePT trainers use a wide variety of fitness tools to motivate, provide accountability and assess your progress.
 
Programs include initial analysis to determine your needs in order to create the perfect program to reach your goals. Weekly coaching and workout sessions give us the chance to guide you on your journey to achieving your goals as well as providing much needed accountability. Fitness tests allow you to see the progress you are making as well help your trainer continue to create a dynamic and effective program for each participant.

Individual Packages
One hour long session per week, 4 per month
Two hour long sessions per week, 8 per month
Three hour long sessions per week, 12 per month
